Bama-N-Back Mental Health Awareness Walk is a 2-mile community event taking place on May 31, 2025, at 10 AM, starting from Esom Trailhead (Can Also Participate Virtually). Hosted by International Young Chefs Inc., the walk aims to raise awareness for mental health while promoting unity, wellness, and support. Participants can register for FREE and receive a Digital Certificate. This walk can also be done virtually. Proceeds, donations go towards supporting youth and mental health initiatives.
